given,
( a - b)/(a + b) = 1/11

in LHS divide by b both nominator and dinominator.

=>(a/b - b/b)/(a/b + b/b) = 1/11

=> (a/b -1)/( a/b + 1)=1/11

=> 11(a/b) -11 =a/b + 1

=>10(a/b) =12

a/b =6/5

5a=6b

let a =6k
b= 5k

now,
=> (5a + 4b +15)/(5a -4b +3) =?

=>{ 5(6k) + 4(5k) +15}/{5(6k)-4(5k)+3}

=>(30k +20k +15)/(30k-20k +3)

=>(50k+15)/(10k+3)

=>5(10k+3)/(10k+3)

5 : 1 (answer)

mysticd: abhi , do the small corrections
