The relation between object distance, image distance and focal length of a spherical mirror is:

I/f=1/u+1/v

where f = focal length of spherical mirror

            u = object distance, and

            v = image distance

Distance between pole and the principal focus of the mirror.........is called.....focal length

Hope it helps.....
