The Coordinates of point O= (\frac{5+3}{2},\frac{9+3}{2})=(4,6)

Now for (a, b)    ==> (\frac{a+1}{2}, \frac{b+1}{2})=(4,6)

                       by solving we get , a=7 and b=11

hence,  a+b=18
