 9x² + 6x + 1 = 0

 alpha + beta = \frac{-6}{9}= \frac{-2}{3}

   alpha*beta = \frac{1}{9}

Now , The eq. whose zeroes are 1/alpha & 1/beta are -

x²-(1/alpha + 1/beta)x + 1/(alpha*beta)=0

x² - (-2/3)/(1/9)x + 1/(1/9) = 0

x² + (2/3 * 9)x + 9 = 0

x² + 6x + 9 = 0
