Answer:

x^2-2x-15=0

x^2-5x+3x-15=0

x(x-5)+3(x-5)=0

(x+3)(x-5)=0

x=-3,5

Let a=-3,b=5.

Now, 2a=-6,3b=15

Then the factors will be:

(x-2a),(x-3b) =(x+6),(x-15)

The quadratic polynomial of above factors:

(x+6)(x-15)=0

x(x-15)+6(x-15)=0

x^2-15x+6x-90=0

x^2-9x-90=0

Hope it helps you.
