first simplify all in only x\y form and add all the powers...

 =  \frac{x {}^{(a {}^{2} + b {}^{2}  + 2ab -  c {}^{2}   - ( \frac{a + b + c}{c} )  } }{y  {}^{(a {}^{2} + b {}^{2}  + 2ab -  c {}^{2}   - ( \frac{a + b + c}{c} )  } }   \\  =  \frac{x {}^{(a + b) {}^{2} - c {}^{2}  } }{y {}^{(a + b) {}^{2} - c {}^{2}  } }  \\  =  \frac{x {}^{(a + b + c)(a + b - c)} }{y {}^{(a + b + c)(a + b - c)}  }  \\  =  \frac{x {}^{0} }{y {}^{0} } \\  = 1
