We have

a : b : c : = 7 : 8 : 9 :

a = 7k, b = 8k, c = 9k

cos A = 8k square + (9k square) - (7k square)/

2 x 8k x 9k

= 2/3

cos B = 7 square + 9 square - 8 square/

2 x 7 x 9

= 11/21

cos C = 7 square + 8 square - 9 square/

2 x 7 x 8

= 2/7

thus, cos a : cos b : cos c : = 14 : 11 : 6
