Answer:

(-711)

Step-by-step explanation:

a+b+c=9

By squaring both the sides-

=(a+b+c)^2=a^2+b^2+c^2+2(ab+bc+ca)

=now we will simply put the values-

=(9)^2=a^2+b^+2c^2+2(40)

=81=a^2+b^2+c^2+80

81-80=1=a^2+b^2+c^2

Now we have to find the value of-=a^3+b^3+c^3

so

=a^3+b^3+c^3+3abc=(a+b+c )(a^2+b^2+c^2-ab+bc+ca)

Now we will put the values-

=a^3+b^3+c^3+3abc=(9)(1-80)

a^3+b^3+c^3+3abc=(9)(-79)=(-711)

I hope you understand.

Radhika2605: why -39
dhruvgoel17: cause it is 40 and not 80
Radhika2605: firstly look that we have to multiply 40 by 2 and it give 80
Radhika2605: check it again there are brackets
Radhika2605: which mean multiplication
dhruvgoel17: no in the second one where you hv used (a+b+c)³
Radhika2605: ok ok i am really sorry
Radhika2605: sorry
dhruvgoel17: its ok
Radhika2605: hmmm
