a+b+c = 20.

let, y = (a+b)/c.

now, add and subtract 1 from RHS,

y = (a+b)/c +1 -1

y = (a+b+c)/c -1

y = 20/c -1

since y must be a positive integer, threfore c can take values less than 20 and must be a factor of 20.

thus, c = 1,2,4,5,10 (total values possible = 5) . therefore answer to your question is 5
