 If \: A,B \:and \: C \: are \: non - overlapping \\sets \: then

 \red{n( A \cup B \cup C )}\green { = n(A) + n(B) + n(C) }

/* We know that, */

 n(A\cup B \cup C ) \\= n(A) + n(B)+n(C)-n(A\cap B) - n(B\cap C) - n( C \cap A) + n( A \cap B \cap C )

 Here , n(A\cap B) = 0 ,  n(B\cap C) = 0 ,\\ n( C \cap A) = 0 \: and \: n( A \cap B \cap C )= 0
