Step-by-step explanation:

hlo mate here's your answer

ATrue

Let us take three numbers 5/4,3/4 and 1/4 ,

Now

5/4− (3/4− 1/4)

= 5/4− 2/4= 3/4

And we know that,

(5/4− 3/4)− 1/4

= 2/4− 1/4= 1/4

Since,

3/4= −1/

Answer:

3. ASSOCATIVE PROPERTY

Addition of rational numbers is associative.

If a/b, c/d and e/f  are any three rational numbers,

then a/b + (c/d + e/f)  =  (a/b + c/d) + e/f

Example :

2/9 + (4/9 + 1/9)  =  2/9 + 5/9  =  7/9

(2/9 + 4/9) + 1/9  =  6/9 + 1/9  =  7/9

Hence, 2/9 + (4/9 + 1/9)  =  (2/9 + 4/9) + 1/9
