the question might be wrong,I am doing this sum by taking assumption as <ABC = 70°,

given,

AB // EF,

extent EF on to BC and let that intersecting point be o,

then from ∆CEO,

<CEO = 180-130=50°,

<COE = 180-70=110°,

then,

<OCE = 180-(110+50)=20°
