So, total money = ₹ (1 × 5x + (0.50) × 8x + (0.25) × 4x) = ₹ (5x + 4x + 1x) = ₹ 10x

But , total money = ₹ 300

So, 10x = 300

    So, x = 30

So, no. of 1 rupee , 50p and 25p coins are 150 , 240 , 120 respectively.
