Both will reach ground at same time. As acceleration of gravity is independent of mass and there is no air resistance to oppose

The ball, brick and the feather will fall at the same speed in vacuum by gravitational force.
Since the gravitational force acts on everything at the same force, irrespective of the material type, size and shape.
But in ambient condition, the feather will fall slower due to thrust of air will act more than ball and brick has more area exposed.
