If a ball is thrown up in a moving train it ces back to the person's hand.why?

when ball is thrown it is in projectile motion because train is moving with a velocity v.

we are also moving with velocity v in that direction so according to us its relative velocity in forward direction will be zero.

so it comes to person's hand .
