If a ball is thrown up in a moving train it comes back to the person's hands why?

THERE IS YOUR ANSWER.....

WHEN YOU THROW A BODY FROM A PLATFORM HAVING  VELOCITY SO IN THIS CASE THE VELOCITY OF THE PLATFORM BECOME THE INITIAL VELOCITY OF THE BODY. SO IN ANY PARTICULAR PERIOD OF TIME THE DISTANCE TRAVEL BY THE BODY IS SAME TO THAT OF THE PLATFORM THATS WHY THE PROJECTED BODY LAND ON THE SAME PLATFORM.

BUT I MAKE SURE THAT THIS PHENOMENA IS ONLY APPLICABLE ON VELOCITY ONLY IF THE PLATFORM HAS ACCELERATION THAN NO ACCELERATION TRANSFORM FROM THE PLATFORM TO THE BODY HENCE THE ACCELERATION OF THE BODY IS ZERO.
