if a ball is thrown vertically upward with a velocity of 40 m/s , then what will be the magnitude of its displacement after 6 s ? g=10m/s^2

This is a simple physics question based on the 3 equations of motion. In this question we will use- v=u+at
Here u= 40m/s
a= 10m/s^2 & t= 2 sec
So by applying the above formula we get,
V = 40+ 10*2
V= 60m/s
