Given :

The base of a parallelogram,

= 20 \ cm

The altitude(height) of a parallelogram,

= 25 \ cm

To Find :

The Area of parallelogram = ?

Solution :

As we know,

The Area of parallelogram = base × height

On putting the given values in the above formula, we get

Area = 20\times 25

        = 500 \ cm^2

So,

The Area of parallelogram is "500 \ cm^2"
