Mass of the body will be same as 60 kg wherever it is on earth as well as on moon. The moon's gravity is much less than earth gravity approximately one sixth. So weight of the body on earth will be 60 into 10 that is 600 Newton approx but weight of the body on moon will be 64 into 10 by 6 that is hundred Newton approx here we are not discussing any waiting machine measurement because all waiting machines on earth are calibrated in which the respect to earth gravitational acceleration but there is no calibration required in below given set up because both side gravitational forces will be equal and opposite so, it will cancel out so this set up is independent on gravitational acceleration.
