Earth gravity = 9.8605 m/s/s

Moon gravity = 1.625 m/s/s

Ratio of the two above is 6.0348

Therefore multiply your 20 kg mass by the ratio which gives 120.7 kg. This is the equivalent mass on earth.

According to Sir Issac Newton, his second law is F=ma so you should look at this in terms of Force.

Force of the body applied to the ground on earth is 20 x 9.81 = 196.2 N

Force of the body applied to the ground on the moon is 20 x 1.625 = 32.5 N
