it's a case of projection motion.

in this type of motion, the total time of flight is T

 \frac{2u \sin( \alpha ) }{g}

where u is the initial velocity and alpha is the angle of projection.

so, T

 \frac{2 \times 19.6 \times  \sin(60) }{9.8}

 = 3.46sec
