Answer:

Explanation:

INITIAL SPEED, U = 5 M/S

FINAL SPEED , V=   M/S

TIME TAKEN , T =  SECONDS

ACCELERATION , A=?

WE KNOW THAT, ACCORDING TO NEWTONS LAWS OF MOTION.

V= U+AT

10 = 5 +A*2

5 = 2 A

A= 5/2

ACCELERATION= 2.5 M/S².

HOPE THIS HELPS.

Answer:

Using the equation,

v = u + at

10 = 5 + a ×2

10 = 5 + 2a

2a = 10 - 5

a = 5/2

a = 2.5 ms^-2

Hope it helps you
