If a body starts its journey from point A and reaches 5km to point B. Again it moves back to its initial position i.e point A. What will be the displacement of the body?​

Explanation:

This is because displacement is the shortest distance between the initial and final positions of an object . Now if the body starts from a point and again returns back to the same then their initial and final positions are also the same and hence the distance between them is 0, hence making the displacement 0.
