Let the white marvel be w

and red marvel be. r

AtoQ

w/2=r/3; 3w=2r

3(r+w)=7+w

=3r+3w=7+w

=3r+2r=7+2r/3

=5r-2r/3=7

=(15r-2r)/3=7

=13r=21

=r=21/13

w=2r/3; w=42/39
