Answer:

Initial velocity with which the bus is moving = u= 20m/s.

Final velocity which it has to gain = v= 0m/s.

Deceleration = 5 m/s^2.

Applying,

v = u - at

=> 0 = 20 - 5 ×t

=> 5t = 20

=> t= 4s.

Hence, time taken = 4 seconds

Answer:

u=20m/s

v=0m/s

a= -5m/s^2

t= ?

we know,

v=u+at

0=20-5t

0-20=-5t

-20=-5t

t=4sec

Hope it will help you
