Solution :-

Since, \frac{a}{b} =\frac{5}{3}

Then, \frac{a+b}{a-b} =\frac{\frac{a}{b} +1}{\frac{a}{b} -1}=\frac{\frac{5}{3} +1}{\frac{5}{3} -1} =4

Correct answer is 4.
