Step-by-step explanation:

Let us assume, the wall consists of 300 bricks.

A puts 6 bricks per day. B destroys 5 bricks per day.

So (6-5) = 1 brick increment every couple of days.

So to put 294 bricks, it would take (294x2) = 588 days.

In the 589th day, A puts 6 brick and the wall is complete.
