Yes, if you will use two different signatures, then you not be allowed to sit in the board examinations. Because, a person's signature acts as his identity. A person's signature recognises him/her. So , you have to use a single sign. It will act to some extent as your identity proof. I recommend you to use the signature which you can make with your running hands.
