Given:-

A car covers 75 km in 1 hour.

To Find:-

The distance that it will cover in 45 minutes.

Solution:-

1 hour = 75 km

1 minute = \sf\dfrac{75}{60}

In 45 minutes =   \sf\dfrac{75}{60}  \times 45

   = \sf {\cancel\dfrac{75}{60}  \times {\cancel {45}}}

   = \sf\dfrac{75}{4}  \times 3

 \sf= 56.2 \: km

∴ The car will cover 56.2 km in 45 minutes. ✔
