Explanation:

Force is defined as the product of mass of the body and the acceleration of the body. Since you say that car travels at a constant speed , the acceleration, which is change of velocity with respect to time is 0 i.e. velocity doesnt change with time . This means , acceleration is 0 .

therefore the Force acting is 0.
