if a car is travelling at a velocity of +10m/s suddenly turns around and continues at the same speed, what is its new velocity?

New velocity is -10 m/s

1. Velocity is a vector quantity.

2. It depends on the direction of motion.

3. When the car turns around, the direction is opposite.

4. Since the speed remains same, hence velocity will be -10m/s
