if a car moves on rough road with uniform speed. Is there any friction? explain

surely there will be a friction force acting on it!! when it will be in contact with th rough road, this friction will oppose its motion.

Friction is always there inspite of its uniform speed.It is the friction which makes it possible for the car to move further.

While the car moves forward friction acts backward and opposes the motion of the car.
