i) a = (v-u) /t

u= 36 km/h = 36×5/18 = 10m/s

v= 54km/h = 54×5/18 = 15m/s

a = (15-10) / 10

a = 5/10 = 0.5 m/s^2

ii) v^2 =u^2 +2as

15^2 = 10^2 +2×0.5×S
