hey dear
here is your answer

given data :

initial velocity = 0

final velocity = 20 m/s

time = 25 seconds

to find : acceleration

solution :

by using 1st equation of motion

v = u+at

20 = 0+25a

a = 20/25

a = 0.8 m/s²

hope it helps :)

✬ Acceleration = 0.8 m/s² ✬

Explanation:

Given:

  • A car starts from rest (u) = 0 m/s
  • Car attains speed (v) of = 20 m/s.
  • Time taken by car (t) = 25 seconds.

To Find:

  • What is the acceleration (a) of the car ?

Formula to be used:

  • v = u + at

Solution: By using the first law of motion.

\implies{\rm } v = u + at

\implies{\rm } 20 = 0 + a \times 25

\implies{\rm } 20 = 0 + 25a

\implies{\rm } 20 = 25a

\implies{\rm } 20/25 = a

\implies{\rm } 0.8 m/s² = a

Hence, the acceleration of the car is 0.8 m/s².
