if a cell phone company charges 80 for 1000 SMS,what is the rate per SMS?

1000 Sms for 80 rupees

Then a single Sms would charge you : 80/1000 =0.08 rupees

But companies won't calculate in such symmetric way

they give 1000 Sms for 80 but 10000 Sms for 130 ..for the attention of customers
