If a certain amount of corn can feed 18horses for 64 days. How long will the same amount last 72 horses feeding at the same rate

Let the quantity be 'Q'
16*25/Q = 40*Days/Q
16*25/40 = Days
2*25/5 = Days
Days = 10
Hence it would last for 10 days for 40 horses
[inverse proportion: days inversely proportional to horses]
