if a circle has a radius 7 cm . then what is the area of half the circle

Area of circle =
\pi {r}^{2} h
area of half the circle = 1/2 of area of circle.

Radius of circle = 7cm

Area = π r²
= 22/7*7*7
= 154cm²

Area of half circle = 154/2
= 77cm²
