Area of circle =
![\pi {r}^{2} h \pi {r}^{2} h](https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=%5Cpi+%7Br%7D%5E%7B2%7D+h)
area of half the circle = 1/2 of area of circle.
area of half the circle = 1/2 of area of circle.

Radius of circle = 7cm
Area = π r²
= 22/7*7*7
= 154cm²
Area of half circle = 154/2
= 77cm²
Area = π r²
= 22/7*7*7
= 154cm²
Area of half circle = 154/2
= 77cm²
