given that,

→ clock gains in every 60 minutes = 5 minutes .

so,

→ 11AM to 7AM = 4 hours = 4 * 60 = 240 minutes .

then,

→ in 240 minutes clocks gains = (60/65) * 240 = (12 * 240)/13 = 2880/13 = 221(7/13) .

therefore,

→ Time when clock shows 11AM = 7 + 221(7/13) = 7 + 180minutes + 41(7/13) minutes = 10 hours 41(7/13) minutes (Ans.)
