If a coin is placed on a piece of cardboard resting on top of a jar, it is possible to flick the card away sharply so that the coin falls into the jar. Explain why this is so?

according to Newton's first law of motion-every object continues ti remain at rest unless and until some external unbalanced force acts on it.
here the cardboard is at great and when we apply force on it i.e.we fick the card it gets slide
