If a concrete has high compressive strength but low flexural strength (and vice versa), is it a good concrete?
[Note: Both compressive and flexural strength are important in the concrete's overall strength]

Concrete has compressive strength but low flexural strength no,it not good for concrete because if earthquake is there it will destroy easily but for solution they use iron thick wire for safety when earthquake is it will bend but not break.
