cone :
radius=r
height=r (same as hemisphere)
vol.(v1)= 1/3Πr²r= 1/3Πr³( Π=pi)

hemisphere:
radius= r
vol.(v2)= 2/3Πr³

v1/v2= 1/2
v1:v2= 1:2

Volume of cone= 1/3 πr2h
Volume of hemisphere=2/3 πr3
Given that cone and hemisphere have equal base and same height.
That is r=h
Volume of cone : Volume of hemisphere
=(1/3)πr2h : (2/3)πr3
= (1/3)πr3 : (2/3)πr3 (r=h)
=(1/3) : (2/3)
=1:2
