Given
Area =250cm²
Cofficiant of linear expansion =1.7x10^-5 /°c
(I took this coefficient of expression I think u want to write same )
Expansion in one direction =
Temp increase xCofficiant of linear expansion
600x1.7x10^-5 = 0.0102cm
This is ur ans hope it will help you

Given :
copper plate area=A₀=250cm²
[i am assuming linear expansion of copper as :1.7x 10⁻⁵ C⁻¹ ]
here is the method :β=2α=2x1.7x 10⁻⁵ C⁻¹
=3.4x10⁻⁵ C⁻¹
ΔT=(60-0)=60°
Aθ=A₀(1+βΔT)
A₆₀=250(1+3.14x10⁻⁵ x60)=250(1+0.001884)=250.471cm²
Area of copper plate at 60 degree=250.471cm²
