if a current carrying conductor is placed in a magnetic field a force acts on the conductor. explain why?

this is because current carrying conductor develop a magnetic field around it and if the magnetic field of conductor is not in direction of magnetic field of magnet
a force act on conductor because of the clash of two diffrent fields..

see the current carrying conductor develops a field of its own when its placed in the magnetic field due to which there is a fight of fields and hence due to this clash the current carrying conductor develpos a current
