So,

q = 0.5*(2*60*60)

q = 3600 C

Now Using Charge Quantization

q = ne

Where,

q is the magnitude of charge  

n is the number of electrons

e is the magnitude of electron

3600 = n*(1.6*10^(-19))

n = 3600*10^(19)/1.6

n = 2.25*10^(22)

So n = 2.25 * 10^(22) number of electrons is flowing through the wire
