If a day 3/2 hours longer than a night, what is the length of each? Assume that 1 day and 1 night together=24 hours

Given :

Night = 3 / 2 hours.

Day = x

According to the question :

Lets assume Day as = x

so, A + 3 / 2

x + ( x + 3 / 2 ) = 24

= 2x + 3 / 2 = 24

= 2x = 24 - 3 / 2

= 2x = 48 - 3 / 2

= 2x = 45 / 2

= x = 45 / 4

So,

45 / 4 + 3 / 2 LCM = 4

= 45 / 4 + 6 / 5

= 51 / 4 .
