If a definite​ code language clerk is 19 & manager is 25 so what is the code of director?

First write their positions in English alphabet.

→ C = 3

→ L = 12

→ E = 5

→ R = 18

→ K = 11

So,

C + L + E + R + K = 3 + 12 + 5 + 18 + 11 = 49

Actual one is 19. So, subtract 19 from 49. On Subtracting we get 30.

Now, for MANAGER

→ M = 13

→ A = 1

→ N = 14

→ A = 1

→ G = 7

→ E = 5

→ R = 18

So, M + A + N + A + G + E + R = 13 + 1 + 14 + 1 + 7 + 5 + 18 = 59

On subtracting 25 from 59 we get, 34.

Difference of both them is not same.
