According to chargaffs rule,

% of A = % of T

&

% of G = % of C

or

A+G = T+C

So,

Cytosine is 14% means Guanine should be 14%.

14+14 = 28%

100 - 28 = 72%

72÷2= 36%

So, Adenine is 36% and Thymine is also 36%.
