Hey mate

Let the price of each of the two dozens be
Rs. x.
By the problem,
Profit made on selling one dozen
= 10%of x
=x/10
Loss incurred on selling another dozen
= 10 % of x
= x/10

Therefore overall profit or loss of the shopkeeper
= x/10 - x /10
= 0
