● What to do if conc. acid spills on hand -
- First of all, wash your hand with plenty of water. This will cleanup the wound & wash out superficial deposits of acid.
- Then, apply a paste of NaHCO3 to the wound so that remaining leftout acid gets neutralized. This paste will also sooth the pain.
