As per my vision, music exists in only one form, It's like looking the earth from the space, you cannot find the geographical borders between Nepal, Pakistan and India.
Everything looks like one beautiful blue mark of water and green here and there.
So music can also be like that, either it has lyrics or not, everything is music.
Music cannot be bound.
Many people love music not because they well know the grammar of the music and not because they understood the lyrics of the song rather there is something in the air that connects the people with different heart touching raagas and thalas.
So the answer is option 'A'
